Leadership has always been a part of my life.
My first leadership training came already in my teens, within Friluftsfrämjandet, on the path to becoming a certified ski instructor. There, I learned something that still shapes me today:
Leadership is about trust, psychological safety, and the ability to move people forward — even when the ground is constantly shifting.
Since then, I have continued to build on that leadership in the business world.
I have led everything from commercial teams to service and installation teams, and driven transformation journeys across industries. from manufacturing to service-based organizations in companies such as Swecon, Växa Sverige, Schur and Sesol. Throughout, the ambition has been to create momentum between people, structure and results. Together, we have delivered growth, improved profitability, and built long-term customer partnerships that endure across business cycles.
Jag är certifierad inom management business & administration, förändringsledning, OBM organizational behavior managementet, psykologisk trygghet i ledarskapet, ABC-analys, och styrelseledamot samt diplomerad katalyserande coach vid Gothia Akademi. Dessa verktyg gör att jag kan kombinera strategiskt ledarskap med kommersiell skärpa och mänsklig förståelse och driva förändring som håller över tid.
